Perhaps my greatest love of the Hospitality Industry is Cocktails. There is something so exciting about the atmosphere, the scent, the VIBE of cocktail bars. A little Music, Mirrored Back on the Bar, Row upon Row of Bottles, and there I stand in the midst of it all, throwing bottles, creating concoctions and twirling glasses. Ahh, this is the life.
So that is what I do. I create the ambience, the skill and the flair to every cocktail bar I have worked for. That is, after all, what I am paid to do.

I create a functional bar - one that works, one that can be worked in, and most importantly, one that makes money. But don't think it will come cheap! It won't! Most people throw me into a bar that is poorly designed, has insufficent lighting or equipment, has no stock, and then expect me to perform miracles. Well, I can't! But when we work as a team, using initiative, innovation and dedication, you can watch your bar come alive!

My name is Fox and I am 24. I currently live in Sydney, Australia, though I have lived and worked in other major capitals of Australia as well. I have worked in Restaurants, Lounges, 5 Star Hotels and Pubs. I know my stuff. I have to, otherwise, I wouldn't be the best.
